into one must-have
$1,000 offer this weekend.
Your employer controls the paycheck.
You can own the offer.
Course and workbook illustration
In this brand-new course, I give you a complete step-by-step walkthrough of how to turn the work you already do into one clear offer: finding your expertise, choosing one buyer, building the offer, and getting it in front of ten real people.

with American University
with Akamai’s marketing team
Stephen’s own consulting experience, not student results. No sale or income is guaranteed.
I started with what I already knew
Picture your name
where mine is.
While I was still employed at SANS, American University hired me as a consultant for $2,000 a month!
What's crazy is I did not cold pitch anyone. I had reconnected with guest from my podcast who I'd interviewed 5-6 years earlier. She was in a senior leadership role there. Someone on her team reached out to talk, and after a couple Zoom calls they asked if I had room to consult. I went in doubting I knew enough to guide two top professors.
A couple of months in, one of them told me my session was the one she looked forward to on her calendar every week. That was the kick in the butt I needed, to know I had more than enough.
The work never touched my SANS projects and used nothing SANS owned. We'll show you exactly how to check that for your own job before you build anything.
After I left corporate, my first paid engagement was a 4-hour virtual marketing workshop for Akamai's marketing team. They paid $7,500. That opportunity came from a former colleague who had become an executive and asked for me to lead this workshop unprompted.
Now picture a paid yes with your name on it, built from the work you already do every day.
Those results are mine. What you earn depends on your expertise, your buyer, and your work.
Myth: Earning outside your job takes a new business, a website, and a big audience.
Fact: It takes one expertise you already use, one buyer with one problem, and ten real conversations.
The way I build an offer is different.
- no quitting your job
- no inventing a business from scratch
- no creating five different offers
- no elaborate website
- no becoming a full-time content creator
- no big audience to start, just ten people you already know
- no technical background
- no guessing what to sell or what to charge
This process is simple, and it fits around a full-time job.
Most first offers here are focused services like an audit, a roadmap, or a strategy session. They are faster to build and faster to sell than a course or a membership.
Here’s how it works
Find it.
Spot the expertise people already trust you to use.
Validate it.
Connect it to one buyer and one problem worth solving.
Build it.
Package the result, scope, timeline, and price into one offer.
Sell it.
Put it in front of ten real people and plan your next 12 months.
Build it this weekend. Sell it for the next 12 months.
Here is what changes
in one weekend.
Before
“What could I possibly sell?”
Almost all your income comes from one employer and one paycheck. You want another income stream, but you don't know what to sell, who would pay you, or how to start without risking the career you built.
After
One offer. A clear next step.
You have one expertise, one buyer, one problem you enjoy solving and one clear result. You have a $1,000 offer on one page, a payment link, your first messages sent, and a 12-month plan.
What a $1,000 offer can look like
Manager Onboarding Reset
Replace an inconsistent onboarding process with a practical 30-day manager plan.
Stalled Project Rescue Session
Find the blockers, clarify who owns what, and deliver a prioritized recovery roadmap.

Build Income You Control
What’s included
- The complete weekend walkthrough: 20 short lessons in four sections: Find it, Validate it, Build it, Sell it. (Every lesson ends with one decision or action, so you always know your next move.)
- The Paycheck Protection Gate: a short check before you pick an idea, so you protect the job you have. (Review your employer policies, use only your own time and equipment, and keep confidential information out. It is a checklist, not legal advice.)
- The Hidden Expertise Inventory: exercises that surface the skills people already come to you for. (Your calendar, your messages and every "can I pick your brain" call are evidence.)
- The Must Have Test and Scorecard: score the problem before you build anything. (Finding a weak idea in 20 minutes is cheaper than finding it after the weekend.)
- The 1K Offer Idea Vault: example offers across different professions. (They show you the shape of a good offer. They are examples, not promised prices.)
- The 1K Offer Builder and One Page Offer Template: decide what is included and excluded, set your price, and put the whole offer on one page. (No website needed.)
- The First 10 Conversations Toolkit: outreach scripts, follow-up messages, buyer questions, a one-paragraph agreement starter, a payment link checklist and a confirmation message. (You send your first messages before you leave the lesson.)
- The Weekend Workbook: every decision in order, with an estimated time for each lesson. (About ten hours start to finish, so you can plan the weekend honestly.)
- The Visibility Light Playbook and 12 Month One Offer Roadmap: choose one channel, four weekly questions and one call to action, then plan four 90-day seasons. (This is a starting rhythm, not a full content course.)
- The Resume to Revenue AI Prompt Pack: one plain-text prompt per lesson, for Claude or ChatGPT. (You make the decisions. The prompts do the heavy typing. You still check what the AI gives you.)
$47One-time payment
Built for working professionals with real experience, in any field.
Results vary and are not guaranteed. The $1,000 figure is the price of the offer you design, not a promise of income or of a sale.

I NEED THIS! I'M IN, STEPHEN!Stephen, I can't risk my job. Is this safe to do while I'm employed?
I can't promise that for your job, because I haven't read your agreement. What I can do is walk you through the Paycheck Protection Gate in Lesson 2 before you choose an idea. You review your employer's policies and agreements, use only your own time, devices and accounts, keep confidential information and proprietary methods out, and pause to get qualified advice if anything is unclear. Any idea that depends on your employer's confidential information gets cut. You don't quit anything, and this course does not replace an attorney.
I'M READY TO BUILD, STEPHEN!Stephen, I don't have an audience. Who would I even sell to?
You start with a few people, not an audience. In Section Two you send five short messages to people who have the problem, before you build anything. In Section Four you list ten people you already know, such as former colleagues, past clients and professional contacts, and send your first messages. My own American University client came through a relationship I already had.
SHOW ME HOW, STEPHEN!Stephen, I've never sold anything. What if nobody buys?
Then you find out in a conversation, not after months of building. A sale is the best early win, but it isn't required to finish, because a buyer's timing is not yours to control. You still finish with a tested offer, a payment link, ten people contacted and a plan for the next 12 months. I can't promise a sale.
I'M READY TO DO THIS!Your employer controls the paycheck.
You can own the offer.
Build it this weekend.
Sell it for the next 12 months.
Have more questions?
How long does it take?
About ten hours start to finish. That is a planning estimate, with approximately two hours of instruction and the rest for your own work. Every lesson shows an estimated time, so you can spread it over a weekend or longer.
Do I need to be good with AI?
No. The prompts are plain text you paste into Claude or ChatGPT. You make the decisions and check the output. AI tools and their account requirements are separate from this course.
Is this a quick-money plan?
No. It is a focused build that takes real effort over a weekend. You finish with a first offer you can sell. What you earn depends on your work and your market.
Who is this not for?
If you want passive income, guaranteed buyers, or a way to replace your job right away, this course will disappoint you. It is for working professionals who want one clear first offer.
What happens after I buy?
This course is delivered inside our private community on Skool. Access duration and the invitation process will be confirmed before enrollment opens.
