Why I started the show
When my daughter was about four, I thought about the stories of Black achievement she might grow up seeing. There weren't enough of them. Yet my own community was full of accomplished professionals whose stories rarely got told.
So in February 2016 I started Trailblazers.FM to tell them. The show later became I Am Black Success. Same show, same feed. I wanted these stories to become mission fuel for people pursuing their own purpose.
